Hospice services, for end-of-life care, are offered at Christian Care Center in Mesquite, Hilltop Haven in Gunter, and Lakewood Village in Fort Worth. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. Our teams consist of Physicians, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, and Therapists.
